Juun (*1977, Österreich) studierte Komposition und Klavier bei Christoph Cech, Gunter Waldek und Martin Stepanik an der Bruckner Universität Linz, sowie Philosophie bei Michael Benedikt an der Universität Wien.
Tätig als Komponistin, Pianistin und Performancekünstlerin. Realisierung musikalisch-performativer Architekturen. Auseinandersetzung mit mechanischen, seelischen und städtischen Zustandsformen. Untersuchungen vom Verhältnis der Künste zueinander wie Musik, Tanz und bildender Kunst. Bergbegehungen. Werkliste umfasst Ensemblestücke, Kurzopern, Klanginstallationen, Fotografien/Zeichnungen und Performances. Veröffentlichungen auf renommierten und Underground-Labels.

Juun (*1977 in Austria) studied Composition and Piano with Christoph Cech, Gunter Waldek and Martin Stepanik at Anton Bruckner University Linz, and Philosophy with Michael Benedikt at the University of Vienna.
Working as a composer, pianist and performance artist. Main research interest is the realisation of musical-performative architectures, particularly mechanical, psychological and urban conditions of form. Research of relations between various artforms, such as music, dance and fine arts. List of works comprises ensemble pieces, short operas, sound installations, photographs, drawings and performances. Releases on renowned and independent labels.
Commissions for compositions and performances by Janus Ensemble, ORF (Austrian Broadcasting Corporation), Klangspuren Schwaz, Festival Echt/Falsch, 4020-Festival, Soundings and Linz09, amongst others. Cooperation with ensembles of various styles & characteristics, from delicate improvisations to industrial/noise: duounbre, unterPritperTingerchard, don@u.com, fruitmarket gallery.
